As they put on the report in WA before they banned it - “Poker machine playing is a mindless, repetitive and insidious form of gambling which has many undesirable features". Its worse than other forms of gambling, causes more losses and more problem gamblers.

Yes I know the justifications - this is bad but that is worse so we'll keep profiting from this because at least it's not that.
