The simplest and fairest way to do this is on total points.

End of the year, someone tally the total points (I don't mind doing it), and then the top 16 are the new divvy one etc.

I like the promotion/relegation idea. Even though I'm in Div 3 (still two spots left!!) would be good to work my way up.

yeah we are in a good spot at 63, I scored 2315, best week one score I've had from memory.

Good idea. Put it this way who ever sits on the bottom of the ladder scored 2,163

i scored 2264, not a bad first effort.
