Didn’t see the game so I’ll make a decision after I do. Looking at stats though, Bruce had 21 touches, 11 marks and kicked 4.3. He gets noticed by the umpires a hell of a lot so I would say that’s maybe his 10th vote. TJ also continues his fantastic form from what I know.
afl.com is the stupidest website going around. According to 3AW Whelan was fantastic off half back and Moloney was one of the best players for us easily, yet on afl.com neither were in our best and there were about 8 players listed in our best. Bloody idiots.

3. Robertson (won the game for us)
2. Moloney (best game of the year, i'd just love to see that huge kick bag us some goals)
1. Whelan (sensational down back)

apologies to Bruce and Johnstone but come brownlow time they will get votes cos robbo and whelan wont cos they aint midfielders

the brownlow votes will be 3. Johnstone 2. bruce 1. moloney......those 3 just rearranged someway atleast

good preformance, nothing spectacular really but robbo is still in peak form and bruce is coming back to it with beamer just getting better and better

3. Travis Johnstone

This guy is having a stellar season. He is a vital part of our team, with his contribution to become even more valuble once we hit September. When Trav turns it on, so do the Demons.

2. Mathew Whelan

Id have to say that Wheels is close to our best deffender. Always accountable, great skills, and good decision making. If only he played against Freo, and the Hawks. He said after the game today that he is yet to play in a loseing Demons side this season.. Great game today.

1. Russell Robertson

After doing ********-all in the first half, he turned it on when we needed some spark, with 4 goals in the space of 20 mins. Turning point in the match.

Couldnt find room for Green, Bruce and Moloney, who all had fantastic games.

3 - Moloney
2 - Johnstone
1 - Bruce

Another solid team effort, with high quality contributions also from Whelan, Wheatley, White, Green, and a good game for Miller...actually took a few contested marks which is what i want to see from him.

Very tough match to give votes because there were so many contributors.

3) Whelan (proving to be a gun defender)
2) Green (had plenty of it and kicked 3)
1) Moloney (7 clearances, was very direct)

Very stiff were Bruce, Robertson and Miller.
