Well there's a rule intepretation I didn't know about.

Apparently it's OK to kick the ball away well after the whistle has gone if you didn't know. Not sure how an umpire knows what the player knows though.

it has to be coaching or something mental.... The guy can nail 60m passes but always seems to look for the short pass. Actually most Melbourne players seem to do that.

Probably the worst 93pt win you'll ever see. Melbourne matched West Coast after quarter time. Their finding space by foot was good. I can see what Roos is doing, Melbourne look promising.

If Melbourne knew how to score, would have been a lot closer. West Coast great in first quarter, but Melbourne looked good in play after that point.

Matt Rosa could be mounting a smokey Brownlow campaign.
