Melbourne's Indigenous Round Jumper

Hey guys,

Just wondering what you make of the Dee's Indigenous Round jumper for Round 11. Melbourne are the first side to reveal their design and I think it looks great. I hope Geelong's one turns out this well. What do ya's reckon?

I'm glad they went about it the right way and obtained permission from the artist and community. Tbh I'm not sure I'm sold on the monogram, would have perhaps preferred to have the red infused in the artwork instead.

Why minus the artwork? If the artwork stayed it would highlight the MFC support of the aboriginal community all season.

Personally I would prefer to see the artwork over the monogram and the monogram be lighter

If my photo shop skills were usable i would not mind seeing this jumper in red with MFC in blue (with aboriginal Artwork) as an away jumper . But i suspect the AFL mandate that away jumpers be predominately white (for some) will not allow it.

I think it looks awesome. I'm really proud of our club and the cultural awareness that has gone into the design and development.

I wouldn't mind a white clash jumper with just the red monogram on it, I reckon that'd look better than our current away strip.
