CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB
MEMBERS ONLY . . . MEMBERS ONLY . . .
Each year, the Carlton Football Club conducts in-depth research with current and lapsed Members. This research plays a vital role in guiding our efforts to continually improve either operational aspects and/or the marketing of the Club.
Member feedback has proven to be of such value that we are now looking at a number of ways to widen our interaction with Club Members. One major improvement and initiative for 2002 will be the introduction of a number of Membership Focus Groups. A number of separate groups will be set-up with the long-term commitment to improving products and services to Members.
The Members who partake in these discussion groups will be selected from interested individuals who wish to voluntarily pass on constructive comments. We are looking for Members who can take on the responsibility of listening to a wide range of Member views, and may have initiatives and suggestions to impart onto management at the Carlton Football Club.
The groups will meet after work hours at the Carlton Social Club on a regular basis. Four (4) groups will be set-up, consisting of approximately 10 Members in each group. One group will focus on AFL Carlton Club Support Members, whilst the other three groups will be made up of a variety of Members with differing demographics and from a variety of Membership Categories. Every meeting will be facilitated by a Carlton staff member, and will take the form of an informal discussion on the topics you feel are important.
Should you wish to partake in one of these Membership Focus Groups, please email focusgroups@carltonfc.com.au and leave your name, daytime phone number, and if possible your member number and membership type/category.
Due to practical reasons, space is limited on these groups, so we cannot guarantee all interested Members will get to participate. We will rotate the personnel of these groups regularly though, to give many Members a chance to contribute. Of course, we still encourage all Members to have their say; therefore please do not hesitate to write in with a constructive suggestion(s).
