How do you go with jogging at the moment in the UK?I am so into health and fitness, i'm a beautician so do like to look good, my motto being-look good then feel good.
I'm 5ft 5. Slim and toned. Dress size 10. Never drink alcohol or smoke. I go jogging and play netball.
I eat a healthly balanced diet, occasionally have treats but never over indulge.
