The member satisfaction surveys are a waste of time. You get a chance to put in some generic feedback if you really want to put something constructive in there, but so much time is wasted of answering bullshit. How many of these sponsors do you know and things the average member couldn’t give a fk about.

We actually do well in this and other metrics though which kinda makes his wittle suburban club shtick more galling, the guy likes a low ceiling unfortunately.

Dare them to take this survey only on who attended the AGM and I bet the result is vastly different.

Besides, they have been exposed as using bots and fake likes and accounts on social media so this is probably equally manipulated. Whatever I guess.

It doesn't matter what sample or cross section of the supporter base they ask, they can simply make up the results or structure the survey so they can't lose.

The charlatans at our club only care about their own comfort and they can simply lie about the supporters being happy despite literally anyone who is into footy knowing we've been furious for at least 5 years.

How is member satisfaction uniformly measured across the competition? Are all surveys identical? We could be 4th highest with the percentage of satisfied being 20%

I dunno we do have a high happy clapper ratio which they've fostered well though and probably target.

We’d probably be middle tier, our satisfaction levels or content levels are far higher out at the games than they are on here.

I know a lot of other afl supporters think I’m negative and unhinged at times about port but I get accused of being a happy clapper on here. So there is definitely a huge gap between internet forum opinions and those at the games and the ones that would actually fill in there member satisfaction surveys.

Can’t imagine the saints, bombers, crows, eagles, north, and the 5 suns fans would be that happy right now.
