Actually it’s because people who have left Adelaide for success interstate are frustrated the Crows are too nice and more of interested in being seen as nice and polite by the AFL. The AFL wants Crow revenue but doesn’t want us to win. Look what they put Rankine through. Interstaters want more LA Raiders - ruthless premiership winners - and less Disney. I personally know Jack Zoumaris and he is a winner. It’s normal for Board members in business to travel interstate for Board meetings. If you want the best, vote for Jack
What did they put Rankine through? He got less games for the same crime as others. A high profile supporter group demanded he banned for 12 matches.

Probably the weakest batch of candidates that have been put up TBH
It’s hard to be interested, it really is unimportant in terms of the success of the club. It’s basically just choosing between a few candidates that would qualify to be appointed directors of the spots were vacant. Pretty sure they appointed a failed elected candidate a couple of years ago.

I didn't bother voting for this reason.
It's a 'member voted' position, but make no mistake, the club are manipulating it to get their man in. They consistently put up a candidate they know will tow the line and will have name recognition to pull the votes in.
“A candidate”, they put up 3 or 4 of them, they’re all vetted.
