members of clubs should be able to elect AFL commision what do you think?

Im not sure if anyone else has posted this message before so if they have then too bad.

If club members and I mean all club members over the age of 18 could vote on who gets in to the AFL Commission would you buy a club membership?

I believe that members deserve to vote on who controls the game, the clubs want members, but do the members have any say on what goes on in the AFL NO they don't,
Its about time the clubs and the supporters were given the oppertunity to decide on who gets the top jobs,
Instead of the bullshit methods that decide who gets in today,

I bet Wanye and his cronnies wouldn't try half the crap they have done if this was the case,

what do you think?

well personally i think it is a great idea BUT there will be clubs that will agree, like carlton and melbourne, who dont like wayne jackson, and then there will be clubs that kiss his big furry arse (im only guessing i dont actually know ok) and they wont do it, cos they want wayne to be on there side when the push comes to shove.

I think the members should be able to vote the AFL commission in or out. Then again it'll never happen cos it would bring real power to the people and the AFL wouldn't want that. Poo Poo in Pants Wayne?

It's a great idea but it would never happen.

Simply because the AFL would have to pass the rule that club members could vore them in or out.

And i don't think even Wayne Jackson is that stupid to allow that to happen.

Actually the teams can dictate to the AFL what happends, and the way how they can do this is simple, STRIKE,
what are the AFL going to do sack the clubs, Fine them yeah right,

Its time something was done about this, Im not affraid of Wayne and his cronnies, there just full of piss and wind,
and what the hell does John Kennedy do at the AFL last time I heard he was the President and I have never heard him say or do anything, is he still there?

I don't know if that would be such a good idea. Clubs with larger membership numbers could lobby their members to vote one of their people in, or someone who would benefit their club.

I suppose when you look at the last federal election it shows how many people ****ed up, so the same could happen with the AFL, however its a slightly different story when you are paying for the right to vote I think people would use there heads,

Still it would be something different, I don't know if any other sport in the world has employed this idea, if they have id like to know how it has worked out
