Why do you want to know? Why is it Essendon are always asking themselves how many members Collingwood have, what so you mugs can claim the Number 1 membership in Victoria? You'll never.......
1. Have more members than Collingwood.
2. Have more supporters than Collingwood.

I think Essendon have more barrackers, but not more supporters. Years, years back in early high and late primary, all the girls went for Essendon, and the non-football followers just said Essendon. I think it would still be the same these days for god only knows why. As for the support factor though, they don't give a shit if they win or not...it's just the first team they say.
That is one reason why Sheedy's nuff nuff comment stunned me. I have never been around many Collingwood supporters during school or work that have just followed Collingwood...they have all been die hard fans. Essendon on the other hand...

Correct.....It's life and death for all the Collingwood supporters I know, me included....So much depends on Collingwood doing well.
