What is going on down there?
I finaly recieved my family redlegs memberships and am not happy.
Firstly-We have been given reserved seats, but I always get non reserved seats, and when the department was questioned about this, the response was 'they have always been reserved for redlegs membership'.
Secondly-The reerved seats we were given are as follows-
My 7 year old daughter and 4 year old son has seat 47 & 48.
My wife has seat 40.
And I have seat 5.
WTF????
If they were all in a row then Id probably just pay for them, but come on this isnt good enough.
Thirdly-Every year they screw up on the consecutive years of membership. I have been a member every year since 1986, which makes next year 23 years. I have told them for the past 2 years and they fix it, only to be stuffed up again the following year.
They have also screwed up my kids membership as both should be silver cards with 3 & 5 years as members, but they have 2.
Anyone else have these problems?

I understand the frustration though, the reserve seat numbers are messed up, but hasn't redlegs always been exclusivly reserved in the 2nd tier, maybe thats what they're talking about?? I'm not sure.
 
Can they fix your reserve seat numbers?

I agree not good enough, you should be able to sit together

Directly behind the goals, 2nd tier, the first 4 bays are un-reserved and always have been. They stuff me around every year, and are just lucky I love my club.

I haven't bought my membership again yet but on a different matter, god i hope they sort out those sh!te stickers this year that faded after about 2 weeks!

I'm sure if you call them and inform them of your problem, they would change it for you without any hassle.
In fact, you'll probably get an apology too! Fancy that hey? a bit of human error! God forbid any1 ever makes a mistake.

As for the consecutive years, it may have something to do with the database they work off. I'm sure 23 years ago, the information they had wouldn't have been documented very thoroughly.

Also they changed over their database this year, so there would be a few things that would obviously need ironing out.

This is 3 years in a row where they've stuffed up, its not a once off.

I'm with you its not good enough, but hey after you spend a couple of days getting it fixed (lucky they aren't telstra and you're speaking to someone in Australia) you can enjoy us winning the flag so much more because you've put the effort in to have your whole family supporting the club.

It will never stop me from buying a membership every year, but it just frustrates the hell out of me.
