All I got was Daddy, where's mine after I opened the mail where one child membership not delivered, rang and email the club ****ing donuts that's what I got, seasons has started already giving up games as not all kids have their membership, this is as much a disgrace as what last weekend was. Seriously this last 2 / 3 years is testing me, what has been a life long loving relationship that I have enjoyed with club.

I think this is a valid issue that the club needs to address. It's not specifically an issue of value for money but more one of pride in the club we support. Why would you as a supporter want to go out in public wearing apparel that is obviously of poor quality. Surely the club needs to understand that supporters want to be able to go out and proudly show their colours. It's time the club lifted its game in this area.

This is typical of an organisation that has become complacent in so many ways. It starts at the top I have to say. Eddie has been in charge 17 years. The transition to Olympic Park was great for the club and needed to be done, then what? What new ideas have come out in the last few years that don't involve saving money or charging people ridiculous amounts to support the club? I mean $55 to see the game and a hamburger for that effort last week? Merchandise that is worse than you get at K-Mart for a 1/4 of the price.

Don't get me started on the coach and the contract extension. I've been a member since 1978 and will be until the day I die, but this club needs new people to come out with new ideas. It starts at the top.

At least you get a members pack, I have received zero from Collingwood this year, even though I pump about the same in to the club as an 11 game general admission member. Pre-2013 or so I used to get my bumper stickers, fridge magnet, lanyard etc... Also a letter asking if I wanna upgrade... This year nothing.

I would settle for a fridge magnet fixture, my housemate (a west coast supporter) got one and he got a signed (printed) birthday card as well.

WCE look after their members a lot better.

I have a Geelong supporting mate, and the gear they get for being a member is quite nice. A mini footy, an insulated lunch box. We get a dodgy scarf. Hat looks ok but I don't see myself wearing it.

Look at Essendon and Hawthorn's adidas gear and look what we have now. Not even close.

When my pack came in January, I got a note saying that the magnet will be shipped with the next edition of Black and White magazine. I still haven't received them.

Just received my membership (AFL) pack from Collingwood. Cap voucher, lanyard and stickers (think they are getting smaller and smaller every year).
No fridge magnet.
