What a game that was, seeing Buddy getting 100 goals and seeing Fev just falling short on 99, you gotta feel sorry for the bloke.

That is/will be one of the most memorable games i will ever see!

I even forgot the fact that we got smashed by 80+ points but who cares, we've had a great season and are heading in the right direction!

Couldnt agree more. Completely forgot we were down by 80 odd points in the end and to be honest i wanted roughhead and osbourne to kick those goals at the end of the game just so the ball would be moved back to the middle and save time for fev to get the pill (our ball movement was shocking from defence tonite)

We were smashed again in the middle and if you were to judge some of our youngsters on that performance you'd be worried. You don't of course, long year, tired legs all round. I was angry about the margin earlier in the game but in the last quarter it was all about Fev. Do you really think when you're 70 points down and your forward is on 96 you wouldn't try to kick it to him??

Hawks killed us, they were just better than us, more pressure, more skill. Not that I like to lose but it's Round 22, we were getting out classed so they players decided to kick it to Fev. I don't see a problem with it.

We were getting smashed anyway so kick it to Fev. Actually reading your post you weren't bitching about that
But yeah it was a bad loss, worse than the North game but eh, we outdid our expectations this year, we were trying to get Fev over the line and Hawthorn were way to good. Look to next year now.

yeahh i agree he is definetely handy around the ground and usually gets the ball fast to our 50. Carrazzo was missed too, handy points and they both usually kicked a couple of goals between them

Don't think Pfeiffer would be all too happy with his performance tonight. Has struggled to get a game all year, and unless he significantly improves his disposals, I expect it'll stay that way next season.
