I am only worried that after the surgery i will be walking around in circles due to the weight difference lmao

seriously though all those blokes out there get it early for the best chance of best possible recovery ;)

Don't know how old you are but I had a workmate who was 32 who went through a similar process.
He lost one testicle and was on chemo for a while and has never had a problem since (would be about 9 years ago).
He is a Touch Football fanatic and he swears he changes direction quicker one way than the other now......;)

Which ever side you have removed that is the side pocket in which you keep your car keys, allegedly.

Good luck with your recovery.

All the best Snozulu and thank you for posting during what would have been a tough time.

We all think we're bullet proof, and that bad things only happen to other people. A thread like this emphatically hammers home the message that ANYBODY is vulnerable.

Snozulu: I'm delighted that your diagnosis appears positive - all the very best for 2017.

Had the op today. Feeling pretty sore but glad it's done with. Will see specialist soon to determine follow up treatment and possible precautionary radio therapy treatment based on results of biopsy.
Glad to hear you are doing well Lefty :)

Results come as no surprise as a seminoma. Good news is no spread of the cancer but will most likely need chemotherapy due to the excessive size of the tumor will know more mid january.
Pleased to hear that the outcome is promising. If you do need chemo I hope it's brief and successful. In a lot of cases nowadays (including mine :)) it seems to be a lot easier on the body.
Best of luck:thumbsu:
