Apologies for jumping the gun a bit here, but assuming St Kilda win by < the required points today and we maintain 4th position, I was wondering how many will be heading over for the final and the possibility of getting tickets together.

I know the CSG organises their members tickets. I'm a silver member and was going to get my tickets on Monday morning but would like to be sitting with/near the cheer squad.

Mods/Marty/ChiefCrow, any suggestions/thoughts?

Sorry, that should be Rnd 1 Finals.

Re: Tickets for Rnd 1

Don't they allocate sections for the teams supporters anyway? From what I gather in the pamphlet you just ask to be seated in the Adelaide area when you book?

I'm heading over. Busing it though. Some prices for flights have almost tripled from last night when I last checked.

Re: Tickets for Rnd 1

I will be calling the CSG in the morning to organsise my tickets they sent out a form to all CSG members giving and indication of what games they will be attending, CSG will be allocated 200 seats per game.

Side note I will be at all finals games whether they are in Melbourne or Adelaide:thumbsu:

Will you be answering your phone on game day this time?

Yeah, screw lining up in this day and age. Get online mid morning, and purchase your tickets. Can have them sent out to you too! DOnt have to wait for clowns who have been to AAMi millions of times, but still cant dceide where the f*** they want to sit, and take up everyones time.

B142 boys, whats the go?? Are we all going to congregate up the back?

Re: Bass outlets

I checked the AFL site here: http://www.afl.com.au/FinalsTicketInfo/tabid/10283/Default.aspx

I gather that tickets for the general public will go on sale on Wednesday. (Club members can get in on Monday and Tuesday.) I'm an SANFL member, with no concessions, so it looks like I'll be paying $54 for my ticket, plus $8 for a reserved seat in the top level of the Grandstand.

Re: Bass outlets

Bass would have to be the worst ticketing agent in the country. It is far easier getting tickets to AFL matches anywhere else in the country, especially at finals time. In previous years, I remember long waits on the phone to them and flaky internet connections to their web site to finally get finals tickets to Crows after hours of waiting, only to discover the game was struggling to sell out. They are ill-equipped to handle the volume of ticket interest at finals time. I hope I am wrong this year but my god they are crap.

Wait til midday. I do that, and have NEVER had a problem. I always laugh at people who do, and people who lineup at 4am, and then theres me who logs on at midday, and gets a ticket before them. :thumbsu: :D

Yeah right, midday - the worst time of the day due to all the lunch time traffic. Our internet at work slows down by a factor of 5 at lunch time.

I believe the plan is buy for inside bay 142, and stand up the back.

Dont know how else to do it...

Re: Tickets for Rnd 1

Might have to stand up the back... if I have to wait until Tuesday to get tix from BASS no doubt B142 will fill up quickly and most of us may not have a chance in hell of securing our normal spot.

My regular is the Torrens Park one, with their seemingly temporary stall in the aisle of Mitcham shopping centre. Must admit I did not know that the address was 119 Belair Road, that is gold. 119 reminders are everwhere.:D
