btw, Ant I'm sure this may have been asked previously, but how is Hartlett's pace? As in is it explosive pace with which he could take opponents on, or is it just so-so?

We need players with efficient disposal.

WE have plenty of pace with Jetta, Winderlich, Atkinson, Houli, Lovett, Davey etc.

Efficient disposal has been Essendon biggest problem over the last 4-5 years I.M.O. Nash seems to be the best kick coming through in the younger group of players but misses targets all to often. Essendon has a lot of young midfielders coming through but doesn't seem to have many with top line skills
