Used to like Meshuggah but haven't listened to any of their newer albums.
Never heard of Times of Grace sorry.
Times of grace have jesse leach and adam d from killswitch engage. Only 1 album so far but i guess now that jesse is back in killswitch it may be their only one.

Gotta love going on random You Tube journeys. Never know where your gonna end up.
Anyway came across this awesome version of Tommy the Cat.
He's gotta be one of the most exceptional musicians going around.

So, got given a copy of SOD live, which had a couple of ministry songs. Got me back into ministry so I finally bought "filth pig". "The fall" is beautiful. Also, who's got the new overkill? There's some good songs on it.

I had that CD! Ages and ages ago. Remember they played Stigmata and had a cool thing written by Scott Ian in the booklet.
The Fall is a great song. I downloaded a Ministry live in Paris album a while ago and it's off its ****.

"Come heavy" and "red, white and blue" are great songs off "the grinding wheel". If you haven't heard overkill in a while, check out "ironbound". It's a great statement of what they are about with the last few albums. Same with "electric rattlesnake". Will have to check the "live in Paris". Is it a cd or just thru iTunes?

Yeah will check it out. I'm not sure if it was ever realeased. Same if you look on you tube it's obvious they made a live video but can't find it released anywhere.
I got it off MP3 skull, not sure if it's on itunes.
Man I've got "Welcome to the Fall" running through my head now.

It's called Sphinctour live sorry. There is a separate one called live in Paris but the Sphinctour one is way better. I thought the one I had was called that because it had a couple of songs from Paris.

Spinctour is brilliant. I got it from iTunes. Hey, what did you think of Mustaine walking up to receive his grammy while the house band played "master of puppets"?

Ha ha ha ha. Didn't know about it but it cracks me up.
I actually like MD more than Metallica but Mustaine is such a total f**khead it cracks me up when stuff like that happens to him. I wonder if the Grammy people did it on purpose.
Sphinctour is grouse. Psalm 69 nearly blows my car apart.

Veil Chris Cornell. His powerful voice overshadowed how talented a guitar player / musician he was.

That was cool!
He was bloody great CC.
Jesus Christ Pose and Badmotorfinger in general were amazing examples of one of the most powerful voices you'll ever hear combined with great playing and
songwriting.
This was my favourite thing of his in quite a while.
Mad Season/ Layne Stayley tribute.

His voice was untouchable during badmotorfinger era. Have a listen to all the tributes struggling to sing "outshined". Good on them for trying, buy shows how good CC was.
