For such a great band why don't they have a best of CD.

You'd think the money hungry Lars would release a Best of sometime soon...

They wouldn't do it. They probably know how horribly disjointed it would sound, unless they did 3 seperate albums covering their 3 major eras. ie era 1: awesome thrash Metal pioneers; era 2: lame Hard Rock wanabees; era 3: where they've just completely lost it.....

Yes, i know, KoRn for example

Are Guns n Roses still going for they have a best of Album the Greatest Hits, U2 have 18 Singles, someone suggest it wouldn't work for they have changed over time, simple fix for that problem have the songs in order of release anyway how hard is it to hit skip and no long running band stays the same and its this ability to change and continue to be good which separates the great bands from the good.

What's wrong with JitF?

Jump In The Fire aint a bad song, but as MM says, its quite raw, and probably wouldnt put it up with the other quality you had on that list.
