Has megaton been offered a contract yet? He was floating around this week and wearing Dolphins gear, so surely only a matter of time before he is on the the receiving end of cutler's rocket arm!

Dolphins MLB Raekwon McMillan left Thursday night's preseason opener with a knee injury and will not return.

The Dolphins' projected starter at middle linebacker, McMillan got hurt in special teams coverage early in the game. The injury's severity is uncertain.

Dolphins MLB Raekwon McMillan has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and is out for the season.

McMillan was the 54th pick in April and has been running as the Dolphins' starting middle linebacker throughout camp. Already very thin at linebacker, Miami may have to look outside the organization for help. There really isn't an in-house option unless the Dolphins kick Kiko Alonso or Lawrence Timmons to the middle.

Jay Ajayi is still in the NFL's concussion protocol.

Ajayi got in a "limited" practice midway through last week, but he's yet to receive medical clearance to fully participate. Ajayi has now missed two full weeks of team drills. He remains one of the riskiest picks in the second round.

Dolphins CB Tony Lippett is done for the year with an Achilles' tear.

Lippett suffered the injury during practice. A 13-game starter last year, Lippett was likely ticketed for a reserve job this season, but it is still a big blow to Miami's depth. Lippett should be ready to go by the start of camp next year.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports the Dolphins are "aware" of a video that appears to show OL coach Chris Foerster doing drugs at the team facility.

"We were just made aware of the video and have no comment at this time," the team said in a terse statement. The video appears to show Foerster snorting lines of cocaine off his desk at work. It is extremely shocking, to say the least. Coach Adam Gase told ESPN he is "processing the situation." If/when the video is verified, Foerster will likely be fired, further spiraling the Dolphins' dysfunctional offense into chaos. Foerster's line has been extremely bad through the season's first four games, even though he's reportedly one of the league's highest-paid assistants. There is never a dull day for this franchise.

Seriously how on earth are we 4-2.

That new Orleans game was a stinker. And their offense has been crap for about 4 and half games.

In the past they would have been 2-4.

There is something about the coach Gase and his demeanour that is different from the coaches in the past who seemed to settle mediocrity.

Anyway good to see the Jets find a way to stink it up as always

The NO game was an aberration. Players had to deal with the hurricane hitting FL, and weren’t mentally at the game.

Currently it’s rither the defence playing brilliant and the offenders not turning up, and vise versa. Scary what could happen if it all comes together

Last year and this year when we are down on the score board we have managed to find another gear and step it up and win those close battles. We are going places! :dolphin::pointup:

Dolphins coach Adam Gase called out the team for "not studying their assignments."

This is a surprising rant from Gase, who didn’t take any account for his role in the offensive struggles. Miami has been shut out twice in their first seven games, and scored a last-second touchdown in Week 3. The problems have looked more scheme based (61-percent pass ratio) than anything, with Gase forcing pass-heavy shotgun-based gamescripts despite bottom-of-the-league quarterback and line play. It’s been a rough season for the Dolphins coaching staff — both on/off the field. Miami has nine days to get ready for a matchup with Oakland next Sunday night.
