Mora has had three ACLs and is, what, 24? Apeness is about three or four years younger and his last ACL was well before he even finished growing. They both have had knee troubles and it's kept them out, but they're in different categories. Even in terms of their potential worth on a list, Apeness is a full forward and Morabito anywhere from a midfielder, to centre-half forward, to half back flanker – and the one position we'd love to see him excel in (the middle one) is the one he's least likely to feature in.

Never seen any evidence of mental weakness and actually seems to enjoy the responsibility of kicking the clutch goal in Peel games. Even in his first AFL game he showed some very good stability in a tense finish.

Athletic ability has been the question mark that has been reasonably raised.

He pretty much saved a game for Freo I think in his first year, clutch mark at the death. He didn't seem mentally weak then SA.

Personally, I can't wait for the Ape to get another crack at the big time. Saw enough in 2013 that suggested he only needed a bit more conditioning and an injury free run to be the big pack crasher we so badly need up forward. Hopefully his hands can start clunking because he certainly has no fear of entering a pack situation full bore.

Where is Michael at things are worryingly quiet?

Really hoping we get to see Taberner and Apeness play a couple of games together this season.

It would be great to see our forward line evolve a bit. Hopefully the new assistant coaches have brought in some new ideas that will let our talks be effective.

It was widely contributed to by one and every troll in the land and, no doubt, put in the black book of a hell of a lot of journalists across the country.

There is ZERO doubt that when some of the vitriol and bullshit from that thread is repeated in the media, and our club is unfairly vilified in public, YET AGAIN, you and many others who feel sorry for the bum fluffed child who started it, will be leading the charge of outrage and dismay at the media and the journalist involved

I'll be watching and shaking my head at all of the crocodile tears that pour forth when it inevitably happens.
