Horrible news with Barlow's broken leg. Was in good form for Gold Coast, doing well for the club. Couldn't wish it on such a guy like him. Always will bleed purple Mickey. Hope he comes back stronger and keeps playing AFL, a champion true gentleman of the game.

It looked low but not so low as to be crossing over into ankle territory. Still, hard to believe he'll be out there round 1 next year, but we can hope.

Barlow for me the man out there most deserving of Freo membership that hasn't got it bar Dale Kickett. A crying shame.

I reckon I watched a total of about 10 minutes of footy on the weekend, but I happened to be watching when he went down - looked absolutely horrible (wish they wouldn't show slo-mo replays, or I was strong enough to look away), devastated for MB.

I watched even less (I have little idea how the oppo is going these days with 2 small kids). Turned it on on my phone and they were just in the middle of saying 'we won't replay that again' and I'm saying to myself "he's done it again hasn't he?".
Really should only have had a 1 in 44 chance of being right but there you go.
