Some of the excuses being trotted out for the poor darling are truly pathetic. If he can't handle the grading system or being overruled by the tribunal, have the integrity to step down from the position. Until then, he chooses to be responsible so let it be and stop babying him.

Carry over points is a load of s**t, you could get rubbed out just because you are involved in an incident that would otherwise only attract a fine or warning.
