in my view Gallagher is a much better player
But nice goal he kicked in the last quarter

IMO, Doughty has deserved his place in the side based on impressive pre-season form. However, in previous years he hadn't shown much & probably was played too much (rather than not enough). Looks to be one of the finds of the year for the Crows. Lets hope he keeps it up. Should be good competition once Gallagher is fit, which only goes well for the team.

Hey before the start of this year Dogga's had only played 5 games so he had not been given a good chance!!!!!!
Plus he had been dogged (LOL) by injuries at the end of 2000 and the start of 2001!
But now he is back, bring it on!!!

Don't get me wrong, I think Doughty has been the find of the year (but stiffy is giving him some competition). He has now put some good games together, has been hard at the ball & is a reliable kick for goal on the run. However, IMO, I didn't think he had shown much with the limited opportunites he had been given in previous years. However, that is all past history & what matters is he is playing good footy now!
