Amazing, just because others have been poor today Johnson's continual pissweak efforts should be excused?

Has been in our bottom 5 players every single game this year and honestly, it's not going to change.

Johnson GTFO, I wish the selection commitee had the balls to drop him :thumbsd:

Hes been so bad they switched him an crowley around.

Crowley now playing down back
MJ playing midfield

I dont care about injuries an having no replacements.
When any player puts in this many poor games they must be dropped even if the replacement plays 5times worse atleast it sends the right message.

i'd like to know know how many goals are directly from his errors.... ffs.

drunk speak... not just this game.... post made after a woeful display....

Time for the glue factory.

Absolute ****ing waste of space.

However, on the advice of e shed, I'm viewing things through low standards, so he has played an absolutely fantastic game.

He's moved around a bit. Pointed well. Seems to be breathing oxygen, so he has done his job well.

No, no, no actually he didn't point at all this week. Which eliminates the only thing he did that no-one else did, ergo time for a spell in teh WAFL mr MJ BJ crate lover.

His performance's on the whole this season has been the worst of all the players getting a regular gig.

We're quick to attack Palmer and the coaching staff have dropped him, yet Johnson seems untouchable, not sure why that is.

Indeed.

Only MJ so far has been untouchable. How the f#ck can we drop Palmer yet keep Crichton, Pitt AND MJ??? And then play MJ on QLynch????

Perhaps we mere fans just lack any appreciation of his real performance every gameday?? Perhaps MJ has really got 64 touches every game through some secret ninja shit???

The whole west coast gameplan in their forward line revolves around isolating Johnson 1 on 1. Says a lot really.

No, actually, it revolves against having 0.4 against MJ, but there you go...

My views can be unpopular but if you can pick out our worst player to half time you are doing well.

We are getting caned in the midfield, and we're not winning any ball. And when we do we are turning it over. McPhee, Fyfe, Hill, Lower, De Boer, Crowley, Bradley, van Berlo and Ibbotson need to lift and start winning more possession. MJ is losing 1 on 1's but Ibbo, van berlo and Chrichton aren't even getting near the contest. Now is the time for MJ to really lead the way for those players.

It just looks like we have no legs in the midfield.

No, no, no, to half time MJ was easily our worst. And he only got relatively worse after half time. Must be dropped...

Lynch is playing well and having the better of MJ. Darling is schooling Grover. LesCras is beating Brougton.

Johnson is the one who everyone will beat up on. That's what I object to. He's carrying the can for about half our side which is under-performing.

I love you E. I truly do. Your posts are such quality almost always.

And your taste in music is un-beatable.

But. This last post from you is ... Bullshit. Have you seen how half hearted, insipid and pathetic MJ's "spoils" (or were they attempts at "contested marks" in the backline??) have been all game for the last four games??

MJ is truly pathetic, should have been dropped in round 4, must surely be dropped next week.

WC scored 6 goals by directly attacking MJ - very pathetic effort by MJ. Must be dropped surely, even with injuries and Harvey's favoritism???

MJ did a couple of good things today, but I digress, hes still been ****ing shit this year.

Clarke or Griffin have to be odds on for a replacement.

If Z is fit, I'd take him. Our future opponent for NicNait, Can also move.

MJ is showing nothing. Bring Clarke or Griffin in as 2nd or 3rd ruck.

Teams are going to spam Vs Sandi, we need a legitimate support ruckman. Sandi can't win all day vs multiple rotated legitimate ruckman.

And yeah, for ****s sake, someone tell Sandi to punch the ball at a CB.

Hi guys dont post on your board often, but thought I would on MJ.

I believe, well know he has had a problem for over a month now with his left knee.

It has restricted his movement a great deal.

Harvey probaly needs to make a decision does he have surgery and miss the rest of the season, or persist with him.

Its clearly hampering his game now.

No one listens to the radio here I swear. He needs surgery on his left knee. If he was to be dropped he would go to the surgery room and not the WAFL surely

I don't think anyone here cares where he goes, as long as it's not near our backline. Whether he's injured or not isn't really relevant - he's playing at a level that is so low all year that it's worth a good 6 goals or so to the opposition.

And TBH, some of the things he's done are beyond any injury. His decision making is just as poor as the rest of his game.

Of course a injury is relevant. It hinders the games greats like Cox, Sandilands never mind a average player like MJ. He needs to be dropped, hes in bad form but injury is a major reason for that.

That still doesn't make it relevant. The problem is he's playing like shit, the solution is to drop him, the reason doesn't matter - unless it's something that can be fixed before the next game. Which it isn't.

As Clay Davis said (yuck im gonna agree with him) how much of the problem is the selection panel playing a injured player though? I dont see why hes needed down back TBH. Grover, McPharlin, Broughton, Duffield is plenty of height down back.

The solution involves the selection panel as opposed to expecting more from a injured body

If he is indeed injured, then this is completely true. Ignoring all the childish abuse MJ cops, he's not performing. Injury might be a big reason in his drop of form (and I do believe it affects someone's whole game, including decision making). He needs to be dropped/scheduled in for surgery.

Can we replace him like-for-like? Not as long as Silvagni is out as well, and Faulks is not up to it yet. Alternative is reshuffling what we have. Are we that flexible? Can Anthony or McPhee play his role down back, and Bradley pick up his ruck duties? Or is it better to bring Griffin in for that? Will we have enough run then?

Would Faulks be worse than MJ? Or even Clarke? It's not exactly hard to play MJs role, especially when he is crap at it.

There needs to be massive changes to the plodders, I'd rather Schammer play than see Crichton again before 10 weeks.
