Interested to her from those in the know how far off M. Tanner is getting a game in the Willie 1s.

A super player with so many different attributes to his game (strength, height, power, speed and agility) he cant be far off making his presence felt in their senior team.

Admittedly he has been battling with a slight case of OP during the early stages of the pre-season, but having been associated with Tanner at school boy level, i know this will only make him stronger as a player and a human being.

Again, love to hear to any feedback...

ahh M tanner is a tricky subject, although he has the capabilities of being an alete footballer, like so many around him he lacks the capacity to be a team player. What word springs to mind when i think of Tanner SELFISH FOTTBALLER WITH A LOVE FOR WOMEN. if you ever encounter micheal ask him about the the flickering radar he has going, its a real hit at the beach.
All i can say is dream on micheal of thinking u can play 1st. let me tell u something micheal the dream is UNREALISTIC, move on buddy cause i now every1 else has
terminator out i'll b back

Is he related to Xavier Tanner (he played centre for the Kangas in the 77' grand final)

i completely disagree,

this kid is a star, he wil hold down FB/CHB at willy in the future and will be a 200 game player,
highly rated by the coaching staff accoring to the general manager brendan curry,
injuries have hurt him but he will bounce back

Michael Tanner? Try Michael Lourey... just popped out a lazy 2nd best on ground in his first game in the Dolphins ones last week... and boy can he kick goals!! on and off the field

saw this kid as a junior and was very impressed. have kept watching him through his willy career. has been fantastic really showing how valuable to the team he is. not so sure about this selfish talk thats popped up here? how selfish can you be at fullback. he was promoted to the leadership group after only one year at the club and he is only turning 20 this year. the club rates him highly should step up to senior football throughout the year if he can get over his O.P ( currently trying to get over it now, not playing because of it). big statement but willing to back it up. he has the potential to be a future captain at the club give him a couple of years.

any one in the no at willy willing to put an estimated time frame on when m. tanner willl be back and playing. is he training yet?
