Can someone explain to me how Jack Martin earnt his spot. Very little confidence he can string quarters together without getting injured let alone games.

I dont want to know all about his 'potential and talent, or that 1 game 3years ago he lit it up....

Just off form and return from injury today.

Smells of desperation to me to save ones job

I've put up with a lot of bullshit over the years... I talked myself into going to this game.

I'm DONE.

**** Michael Voss off. We ruined our chance to get Lyon. Anyone want to take me on on that? It's there for everyone to see.

I heard Sayers pre game - is off to Italy in a couple of weeks, seemed pretty happy with the position he’s left the club in.

Can **** off and stay there.

We’ve sacked club legends for less than what Voss is putting up at the moment.

I really hate the narrative that we need to “stick fat” with Voss for the sake of it.

I’d prefer to watch a bunch of monkeys in the coaches box and stick fat and see how go.

The monkeys might win

Calling for Voss to be gone is ridiculous. He can’t kick the ball for them. The game plan has been good enough to win enough games to be in the 8, possibly even the 4. Again tonight we were the better team for the majority, and another case of kick straight and we win.

It worked for it first 5 weeks last year. Since then?

Last year injuries caught up with us, this year we can’t kick straight. Neither have anything to do with Voss.

Tonight for example, if we kick well on goal we win the game, and the bombers are sitting equal 3rd??

Look at the tackle count for tonight.

I wanted to Voss to stay, but after tonight - I think it's best he needs to go.

It's a key metric to show work rate and the intent to stay in the game. Sure the players have to take ownership but a big part of the role of a head coach is to motivate the players. If he can't get them up for the fight then it's a sign he has to go. They're not working hard for him. I like Voss as a person and as a former player but it's not working as head coach- this isn't the first time he hasn't made it work either.
We need to admit we made a mistake again and rectify it. We also need to show some players the door. It's a bit of both but the coach has to go.
Edit: even more staggering is that our game is based on being a heavy contested possession team and that tackle count is so low given that style of play.
