Brilliant, well done.

Voss will be a senior coach again - I have no doubt that he sees the PAFC as a fantastic opportunity to advance his career back into coaching. Terrific partnership.

Bloody fantastic that we can attract a bloke like this.

Just hope we have him for a few years!

but seemed to be building something just before the board rolled him with that shambolic situation last year.
Yep, got shafted by our horrible board at the time.

After he got the boot, Leigh came back into the club and we got Swann and Schwabby, turning the off-field issues around.

Vossy would still be our senior coach IMO, if it wasn't for Angus Johnson.

Guess the hate for Port keeps dwindling, now with Vossy there :(

But the hate for Collingwood has risen back up so the balance of life continues!

Outside coaches are seeing all these new people come out of port and get senior jobs (Richardson 2013, Walsh 2014) it is starting to attract quality people to join the club
We just need to hang on them for a while to get a few flags!

Was very unlucky. Made a couple of bad decisions early, but anyone looking at the list he started to build must realise he was the catalyst for the revival going on up there.

Is it fair to say the players loved him BeamStar17?

Love it.

Did Carr have any run ins with Voss during their playing days? Funny that they have to work together post-footy :p

Hard to say if ALL the players loved him but it wasn't a players revolt like you've seen at the Crows and Doggies, they played under him and that's what is important, most would have been fine for him to stay on as coach, I'd assume.

Don't worry :thumbsu:

Welcome VOSSY!

Fantastic! A great player and up there with the best of on-field leaders I've seen.

He should do great things with our midfielders!
