Stalking C4's post on Voss and yeah I've seen it before, Voss and Carr arguing their heads off during a game still sticks to my memory.

Hope he gets to Carlton.
Carr and now Schofield.

Maybe we should get rid of Ken and Voss and bring back those 2.

It seems dissenting voices aren't well handled at Alberton and unfortunately those with the backing are the ones who are wrong.

You’re talking about a group of guys, the coaches, all with strong opinions, lot's of responsibilities, and passionate about their jobs, I'd be more surprised if there weren’t heated discussions.

Pretty normal for most coaching boxes from my observations. You would be worried if it was all happy and warm.

What a load of sh*te. Clock's ticking for Voss. Meanwhile 9 years and counting.......

Not really the same thing?

Remember when St Kilda hired Alan Richardson at the 11th hour, leaving us scrambling to fill a vacancy in our own football department? That's what CD means when he says the clock is ticking.

The club is happy for Voss to pursue senior coaching roles, but they're also prepared to cut him loose if he can't commit to us before all the suitable replacements are gone.

I understand what CD meant. I'm just ticked off that everyone else is on the clock except Hinkley.

So if voss leaves which I don't have a problem with does Monty or bass assume senior assistant role or do we try and get someone like jamey graham who is highly regarded or someone else from the outside

So if Voss goes, either Bass takes the 2IC role ......... or ........ Monty does, and Bass goes back into the defence role.
Then get Graham or Teague as forward line coach.

Still need to replace Schoey - if Rocky doesn't want to do it, maybe an Yze or Kingsley as a midfield replacement? Although they possibly both have eyes on a head coach's spot, not another assistant role!

Fresh ideas please, especially if where stuck with Hinkley. Midfield genius and strategic game day genius please, no learn wheels please, need successful proven performers from good systems.

So if Voss does leave, we will need at least two assistant coaches, exciting time!

Then we just have to wait for the senior one to leave, which will be more exciting!

I'd be happy for Bass to be 2IC, the guy is smarter than people think and has 'won' the flags everybody bangs on about with Schoey.

Lets get Clarko and Buckley in as assistant to Ken.

They would have too much self respect for that
