For us I think it will be good I always thought ken and vossy looked like they were too much on the same wavelength someone new in there with fresh ideas and to challenge ken a bit would be good

Jordy Hinkley new assistant.

The worst part is that this is exactly the sort of stupidity I could see the club trying to sneak through while everyone's pumped about Wines winning the Brownlow.

We need change in the coaching panel and Lord knows Hinkley isn't going anywhere, so this is the best we can hope for. I think he'll do well over there - Ollie obviously talked up his influence last night, could do wonders for turning Cripps career back around and help Walsh's development continue.

I don't think Voss is a huge part of the problem and I think he's as good a chance as anyone to succeed at Carlton.

That said, fresh voices can't be a bad thing, hopefully we can replace him and Schofield well.
