He is contracted to others until Oct 31 so probably can't be a contracted coach during this time as well. He will no doubt be making some decisions behind the scenes and trust Swann to get it done.

He suggested he will sit down and go over the list with them, and while I don't see him controlling it lock, stock and barrell sight unseen, I am pretty sure he will be asking questions about certain 'types' and the order they have ranked them.
