interesting to note, his winning percentage at collingwood is 10th in the league... below teams like the Hawks, Kangas, Geelong, and Essendon...

Though i guess the 2 grand finals out of the 9 years sorta stands out. Still i think collingwood should look for a replacement.

No other coach would have much chance of getting such an ordinary bunch of players into the 8 .

Malthouse always has, and always will be a shit talent developer. He is the guy to recruit when you think your on the cusp of a flag but the coach isn't good enough.

After 10 years you have nobody else to blame other than yourself if you have an ordinary list with the resources Collingwood have at their disposal.

It is not like the Pies have been a constant top 4 side, been the odd priority pick here and there for some lean years.

Not sure if you can blame it all on Malthouse but the buck stops with the coach.
