In todays Herald sun it says that Mick McGuae will be joining the coaching panel in an unpaid role helping to disect the opositions foward line.

His involvement at an AFL club at a coaching level was inevitable.

I've followed his progress quite closely at Gisborne, including many 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 time huddles. He's a softly spoken communicator who lives eats and breathes football.

He has been in constant touch with Lethal throughout his tenure at Gisborne, and has revolutionised country football coaching in the process, taking strategy and implementation of tactics to a new level.

I posted over a year ago that he'd be a great collect for the Tiges ... and now it's come through.

His knockers should preapre for a pleasant surprise.
