Could be a very interesting season, with YYN and Yarragon the big improvers. From all reports YYN have recruited very well and are almost a shoe in for finals. Yarragon were impressive in its two practice matches against Poowong and Glengarry. They have incredible depth this year, with the reserves winning both of its matches, which could potentially mean the 2's can finally drag them selves from the bottom of the ladder and potentially make the finals for the first time in a very long time.

Here's my prediction with very little informed opinion

Yyn to be big improvers but still a little dubious on them making finals just yet. Had a severe lack of depth from the looks last year and a tough ask to go from bottom last year to winning ten games this year. Would like to be proven wrong though, good bunch of blokes out there.

Not much talk about thorpy here, heard they have picked up a few blokes that go alright, some reports were 8-12 new players.

Osman a young forward only 21, been in the interleague squad at ellinbank the last 2 years. reckon he will kick 60+ this season. Seen him play a few games doesnt miss a goal.

They have been competitive most of the games. Think they went for quantity not quality when recruiting mostly boarder line EDFL senior players.

Yeah your probably right but knowing a few players who are in that side have made a big difference in Troy Lehman who kicked 7 last week and Josh Bourke who is a hard nut in the midfield
