he can take a big or a small and is very versatile

J Smith has been ok but we are just comparing him to his previously ******** form and think he's a world beater as a result.

Ben Hart never gets beaten.

You have not mentioned 1 western Bulldogs player in there

Jars458, you mentioned Hart is good at the round ball game, which I seem to remember as correct.

But I don't think they take that into account when picking the All-Australian side. I think they name the best 22, some guys pull out through injury and are replaced by players that are more suited to the International Rules game (ie Waterhouse, Croad, running players etc.)

For all those who named A McLeod on a wing, WHY?

He has never played on a wing and has to be in the centre square to clear the ball out.


Failing that on half forward or half back where in my opinion he played his best season and then missed out on All Australian selection to Adam Heuskes. Unbelievable.

I don't really have time to do my own team just at the moment, but I'm a bit surprised no one even put Simon Beaumont as an emergency. Shows that if you are a big name you'll be thought of first (eg. Nick Holland, Lance Whitnall and Wayne Carey have been selected in peoples teams He would be leading our clubs best and fairest right now.

Beaumont deserves a guernsey for sure!
