Rapt that he finally got his opportunity - wish it was with us, but the poor bugger ended up with the dopers. I'll miss him in the VFL though, he's been a great servant.

From that five minutes of footage it looks like he is a really nice kick especially inside 50 and can comfortably clear 50m+

Cooper Lord was a pick out of the blue last year, so perhaps no surprise it is someone we weren't "linked to". If we get as much as we've got from Lord so far, it's a win.

Glad that Pies didn't get May to sink to their pick, but no so much that the Bombers got him, and then got McMahon. They need tall forwards though.

Clean heels, quick enough to do some damage, powerful and well weighted kick in a wide variety of ways, knows how to put it to the right areas.

That's a good get, could quickly wind up on half-forward for us this season. Still wish we could have gone into the second round, but happy to get someone who could sure up the 23 right away.
