Here is my opinion on if players have improved :thumbsu:, stagnated o_O or gone backwards  on last years performance up until now. (some of these are due to injury)

Hayden Ballantyne :thumbsu: Starting to perform away
Anthony Morabito o_O Unlucky with recovery time
Zac Dawson o_O Hard to judge, you get what you expect.
Colin Sylvia o_O Haven't seen anything to say he is better or worse than his last performance
Garrick Ibbotson  Plenty of time for him to get back to his best
Danyle Pearce :thumbsu: Taking the game on more and getting better at his execution
Nat Fyfe :thumbsu: 'nuff said
Nick Suban o_O getting the same output as last year, still has scope for improvement
Matt de Boer  dropped off his normal level
Michael Walters o_O was looking towards another terrific year before his injury
Tommy Sheridan o_O hasn't shown much improvement on his 2013 season
Jonathon Griffin o_O dominating for Peel, his time will come
Tendai Mzungu :thumbsu: Mr Consistent is lifting
Josh Simpson o_O Could say he has gone forwards and backwards
Ryan Crowley  Down on last years tagging level, but getting on the scoreboard more
David Mundy o_O Can he get better? Has been solid though
Hayden Crozier  Is 3rd year blues a thing?
Luke McPharlin o_O Not in AA form
Scott Gumbleton  After a killer preseason he gone backwards due to injury, won't take long to turn around
Matt Taberner o_O Showing glimpses of a future with us
Michael Barlow o_O Going unnoticed, hasn't dominated a game like he has in the past
Tanner Smith  Injuries can EAD
Chris Mayne  Down on his excellent 2012 accuracy
Max Duffy o_O Looked great in the preseason, injuries have been cruel
Alex Pearce o_O Hope he gets back on the park for Peel, great find in the draft
Kepler Bradley o_O Taking his time to get back to AFL fitness
Lachie Neale :thumbsu: Working harder to be involved for 4 qtrs, cementing his spot
Brady Grey :thumbsu: Showing already this year he is getting close to a debut
Matthew Pavlich  I'm being harsh, but we know he can do better. Last year he was clearly better.
Zac Clarke :thumbsu: Very solid 2nd ruck partner for 211, keeping Griff and Hannath out
Aaron Sandilands :thumbsu: Shoe in for AA ruckman spot (in the forward pocket :D)
Stephen Hill :thumbsu: Boy oh boy, Woweee
Cameron Sutcliffe :thumbsu: Part of the furniture down back now
Lee Spurr o_O Some say he has gone backwards, I think he's around the same as last year
Michael Apeness o_O Looking better each week in his Peel games before injury
Alex Silvagni :thumbsu: Elephant stamp for his games filling in for Luke
Michael Johnson o_O Was already brilliant coming into this season, not dissapointed with him
Jack Hannath o_O Mammoth has plenty to work on but certainly hasn't gone backwards
Paul Duffield :thumbsu: Marginally better each week, had 1 shocker against Port
Clancee Pearce o_O Haven't seen the best of him due to injury
Sam Menegola :thumbsu: A better footballer than he was in 2013, still has limitations
Craig Moller o_O Hasn't come along in leaps and bounds yet, give him time
Michael Wood o_O Skinny kid needs some time.
Tom Vandeleur o_O Hard to judge
Jacob Ballard o_O As above

Umm Pavlich is 33 this year iirc, personally I'm very happy that he's running around and looking fitter than ever and putting in great effort, performing pretty well. A big positive from this season imo is seeing that we are almost certain to get at least another 1-2 years from the big fella.

I reckon he's slowing down. Looks a tad less mobile
