Prediction Mid season thoughts - who’s winning your club’s B&F?

Todd Marshall for Port.

All coming together for him and been brilliant.

Wasn't too long ago that he was something of a whipping boy.

Glad to see him turn it around and win the supporters back.

I would think Jayden Short, Liam Baker, Dylan Grimes, Tom Lynch and Shai Bolton would probably be the top 5 in some sort of order.

Imma try guessing 3 contenders for all of them, keeping in mind of course that I don't watch every team in equal proportion.

Adelaide: Jordan Dawson / Rory Laird / Ben Keays
Brisbane: Lachie Neale / Marcus Adams / Zac Bailey
Carlton: Sam Docherty / George Hewett / Charlie Curnow
Collingwood: Jack Crisp / Patrick Lipinski / Nick Daicos
Essendon: Darcy Parish / Nic Martin / Peter Wright
Fremantle: Andrew Brayshaw / Hayden Young / Will Brodie
Geelong: Tom Stewart / Jeremy Cameron / Tom Hawkins
Gold Coast: Touk Miller / Jarrod Witts / Charlie Ballard
GWS: Tom Green / Stephen Coniglio / Isaac Cumming
Hawthorn: James Sicily / Mitch Lewis / Jai Newcombe
Melbourne: Angus Brayshaw / Clayton Oliver / Ed Langdon
Tasmania: - Jy Simpkin / Ben Mckay / Luke Davies-Uniacke
Port Adelaide: Todd Marshall / Ryan Burton / Dan Houston
Richmond: Shai Bolton / Liam Baker / Jayden Short
St. Kilda: Jade Gresham / Jack Sinclair / Max King
Sydney: Callum Mills / Chad Warner / Nick Blakey
West Coast: Umm... Alex Witherden?
Footscray: Aaron Naughton / Bailey Dale / Jack Macrae

I think you've gotten maybe 1 of ours right haha. Laverde and Redman are definitely top 3 right now, with Laverde probably leading.

Jordan Lewis doing well at Hawthorn with 0 games in 6 years

They're both certainly standouts in a dismal bombers defence, but that's likely the reason why I haven't favoured them over the other candidates up the ground.

Ben McKay missed too many games, I would have Goldstein over him.

Reckon you’ve got our top 3, with Libba and Dunkley rounding out the 5.

I had a hard time with Larkey, Goldstein & McKay as all three have had their ups & downs over the season. Mckay stands out the most, but yeah if injury gets the best of him than Goldstein gets more votes automatically.

Jack Sinclair

Bailey Smith could still be leading, but I reckon Naughton might be the one to beat at the moment. All of our mids have had mixed results imo.

George Hewett at Carlton I would say. Or Cripps.
George Hewett won’t be too sad missing out on a B&F when he wins recruit of the year. Stengle isn’t as good and don’t understand why he’s in the discussion at all

Surely the Jai Guy (Newcombe) is leading the Peter Crimmins medal, but then I don't watch Hawks all that often lately
Sicily easily. Could argue he has been the best backman in the league this season. 9th in coaches votes with no other KPD in the top 20
