Falling apart?

The captain is merely exercising his authority by letting whinging KB know his place in the WIM system.

Don't mess with AC. :)
First a squad member declres his intentions to start a new team next season and now another squad member is sacked. Seems everyone is jumping ship or is being forced to.

Haha nice try KB.

I said you won't be playing for the rest of the season.

I'm not nice enough to delist you though.

That's low mate, very very low.

I say Eddie, give KB a chance at another team if this tosser is going to ruin someone's fun by holding on to him till the end of the year when he is going to be delisted anyway.

AC knows what he is doing, my thread about 'a class above' was a joke.
I won't say it's not true, because i am considering a move because i wan't a leadership role, but at this point in time i'm sticking by AC because he was the one who gave me a chance and i rate him as a captain.:)

So, it's a joke but it's not. I'd say starting a thread declaring your intentions to start a new team is a serious proposition.

It's a joke to do it halfway through the season, 6 months is a long time in fantasy cricket, i may be traded before then, who knows?
But at the moment i'm very happy to be part of the WIM :D

Sidey, mate, we need to get to the bottom of all this. It's all very well to have fun and stir the pot but we need to know whether you’re serious about a possible move from the Milkmen. You proclaim that the thread was a joke, yet you openly declare that you are "considering a move". Which is it, are you going to be a long term fixture with our club, or are you going to wait for the season to finish and then move to another club? Which is it going to be?

I'm definitely a fan of Browny, he'd fit in well at the Allies.

Unfortunately we're a bit heavy with batsmen at present having just signed up Uncle_Leo, will give it some thought to see if a solution can be found.

If we can't take him up now I advise him to only sign a short term deal so that he's free to commit himself for next year in the clsoe season.

It’s all about you isn’t it? You're better than this Browny.

First and foremost - i think that Apollo is in the wrong here.

No captain should be able to stop a player from playing elsewhere if they can't get a game for whatever reason. Even as pathetic a reason as questioning a captains motives. Nobody should be above questioning.

I suppose a player can delist himself from the club and play for another club however that would mean any player in the comp can do that, which is against what was said a while back.

KB, take my advice.

Retire now, and make a miraculous comeback with another team during the trade period.
He can't his contract with us runs until the end of the season.

Then at the end of the season he's free to go where he likes

Moral of this story?

Don't cross the boss.

I'd rate the opinion of a fixture of this league over a johnny come lately like yourself.

Face facts - WIM are sinking faster than a lead balloon.
Thats what you think.

But you're wrong again Doug.
