He does it based on who his top 50 players were this season not who he actually rates as the top 50 in the comp.
So its a no brainer............. GARY ABLETT JR.

I wrote into Mike and was published in relation to his top 50 pre-season. I believe I questioned Ablett’s exclusion and Daniel Cross’s inclusion. ‘Can you handball through it the goals’ hhhhhhmmmm.

As I live 6000 km away and not seen a game for 2 years I wonder how a person whose sole existence is to watch Football, could be get it so grossly wrong?

I would like an explanation from Mike.

End of year is based on form so Judd shouldn't be there. He said Geelong dominates, there are two fullbacks in the top 12 and there are no Melbourne players (he was talking to Ox)

Glass and Scarlett I'm guessing. Either could be number 3 (I'd pick Scarls) as well.

No surprises on Melbourne I suspect!

Swan has to be thereabouts - that's a good list.

He also said 2 ruckmen in the top 20. Ox said Cox and Lade, but sheahan didn;t confirm (he confirmed it was Glass and Scarlett in the top 12). I think he may have rated Otto highly. I think Otto was the second best ruckman this year. However, I am biased...
