Milne up for trade??

now why the hell would we trade milne.

if he is so one dimensional why dont we actually keep him in the forward pocket and let him snag his 2-3 goals a game instead of trying to play him up the feild, which he isnt as good at.

he is still capable of kicking 40-50 goals a season and for what would be geting in return it would be just stupid to trade for.

he played in the forward pocket in the years when he kicked his 50+ goals and everyone knew he was one dimensional then so why did we try and change it. it is a fact that he strugles in the big time but so wat, give him a go he adds some spark to our team and some pace around goals..i do not want to see murray in his position next year

I do not want to see him go either. He is a fowrard pocket and can occasionally play up the ground if required. You can not just throw a bloke up field and expect and overnight transformation. His around the body kick in the final would usually go for a goal. If you want to talk about players doing too much and losing the game, referecne Gehrigs balk and ankle roll at the end of the second quarter. Nobody is calling for him to be traded.

Put him in the pocket and let him create. He keeps the opposition honest when we go tall and, despite what some posts are saying, he does pressure and creates chances when the ball turns over in the forward line. I have heard players say he is one of teh worst players to play against as he is so unpredictable. Take the good with the bad with Milne. We need him in a forward line that is too often kick long to the big guy.

He also complements Hamill's pack crashing very well.

F*c£ becoming the next WCE or Sydney. They are yesterday's premiers and possibly next years. The next team that wants to beat them will play a slightly different style of play, that may involve a small forward.

Agree with posts re Guerra, he should have stayed.
