i am just wondering is this guy any good. i never see him have the same offensive pressure such as alwyn davey , eddie betts and other small quality forwards. Also do you think he will be with st kilda in 2009 ?

Another thing i notice about him is that he plays on an awful lot. i know he is one of your leading goal kickers but i could really see him kicking more goals if he had more offensive pressure and wasnt so greedy.

you think he would kick more goals if he wansn't so greedy? He isnt as greedy as most think, often feeding off to gehrig but since he attempted to play a more all round game his goal kicking and offensive brilliance has dropped off. I'd hope he is still around in 09.

Milne's only real asset is his goal sense, particularly his snap shots. There's no point him being up near the wing or in the back line - he's just as good as any old hack running around in the magoos if that's the case. If that's the way Ross Lyon wants to play, then he'd be better off finding someone else to fill his spot.

He seems to have made his reputation against sides like Carlton at their worst.
Yeah, his 11.0 was against the Lions when they were bottom 4. Flat track bully maybe, but that's just when he gets more opportunities.

His goalkicking accuracy in 2005 was magnificent, if only he could have another year like that. But the role Lyon is playing him on isn't conducive to opportunistic snaps that were his trademark.
