Man what a game. That's the most fun I've had watching this team in a long time.

🐜 is the real deal

That was an awesome game. Target Centre was going off. Hope Pat Bev ain't out for long as without major injuries we should at least make the play ins.
Finch has got his rotations down now. The last 5 games consistency is only what we are after as T wolves fans, win 75-85% percent of games we should win against lesser sides, which there are a few(that feels strange), play well at home and win a few against top opposition.
End of game scenarios still need some work as we still become to stagnant on offense but boy does it look like we are starting to buy into the defense side.
A couple of weeks ago the season already seemed dead (again) but some easy wins against bad sides and yesterday should give our team some confidence to match with anyone, when we bring energy.

Great win today

We had NOTHING going for us, Dlo single handedly won off talent alone, Foul calls were shocking, Edwards off, KAT and Vando getting fouled out

Huge result. We're .500 20 games in, Getting two wins out of a tough 3 game stretch so far I would take, We have a real chance against indiana at home then Washington.

really enjoyed the game today, Wolves small ball game-style/roster got comprehensibly smoked by the Cavs.
This Cavs roster (which everybody laughed at) full of real bigs that roll and post up and real point guards that keep the ball moving, its beautiful to watch and win for nba basketball.

Just hit an easy patch in the schedule. Happy with the team so far. Perhaps need to give Nowell more minutes consistently.

Trade Deadline

What we need

Playmaking/isolation scorer

Bigman

What we can expend

Malik Beasley/Naz Reid

Reason? Reid is a small undersized big, Sure his shooting is nice, but I think not having another traditional big body hurts

Malik? Well hes slightly gone backwards, Struggled with his role, Defense has been Eh. and wildly hot

Ideally? Jeremy Lamb/Daniel Theis/Millsap/Ross/Young

Claxton from Brooklyn would be amazing. But would cost a little bit.

Reportedly after Smart. A first + Beasley/McDaniels would be the price according to Wolfson.
McDaniels nah. He's a second year player who fits perfectly next to our core, You would want to keep him and Ant Together

Beasley+First? Would consider easily if we got Bev somewhere as well.

Maybe Towns should of listened to Thibs and Jimmy and learnt how to post up and play like a real big (not all the time) but have that fundamental skill so he isn't so easily taken out of big games.

4 shots....

people actually claimed he is better than Dirk

He could post every possession in a game, Doesnt matter if the team wont play through you

To have Towns get 4 looks, and Naz Reid to get 5 in 10 minutes is more on the fault of coaching and our playmakers, not Towns. Towns is a fantastic post player.

He doesnt have good enough post technique to even get to a dangerous spot, seal off his opponent and catch the ball, let alone finish.
Thats why the teams doesnt play through him, they want to, but Memphis took that away.
the defender (who is usually smaller) just pushes Towns off his spot and he simply doesnt have the will or basketball IQ to fight back

You could see the frustration starting to boil over today with some of his teammates, they must be getting fed up.

speaking of playmakers, there is no way the Grizz comeback today without that heroic stint from Tyus Jones

Tyrus Jones is one of the best bench PG's in the league. will admit it was a bad decision to let him walk

Off the left block he's fantastic, he has shown that multiple times. Basketball IQ i wont argur with him

It comes down to not a lot of plays are set out for him untill it's mis-matches. Like "Meet adams at the 3 and cook him" He was a LOT better today and weirdly enough, we had set plays for him?
