Hopefully Freo actually take this into account when doing the draw, surely you only award people who pledged straightaway or close to?
That would be against the law to rig the giveaway.

People paid their money to enter the draw so it has to be fair, man it's gonna suck if an Eagle wins it but it helped out our club afterall

Inaugural Fremantle physiotherapist Jeff Boyle is set to leave as changes continue at the Dockers
Headshot of Mark Duffield

Mark DuffieldThe West Australian

Long-standing Fremantle physiotherapist Jeff Boyle is set to leave the club as the Dockers’ season of change continues.
Boyle will follow strength and conditioning coach Jason Weber out of the club.
The West Australian understands Boyle told players of his departure after their round 18 loss to the Western Bulldogs ended their season in Queensland.
Weber and assistant coaches Anthony Rock and Michael Prior left the club before the Dockers returned to Queensland for the final month of the season, having been told they would not be offered contracts for next year.
However Boyle is expected to remain with the club until players undergo their post-season physical assessments.
It is not clear whether further changes lie ahead.
The Dockers have to slash non-player payment football department spend to about $6.7 million next year, down from $9.7 million before the COVID-19 pandemic.

A Dockers club statement said: “We are working through a number of matters regarding the organisational structure of our football department. While that process is ongoing we won’t be making any comment.”
Boyle was a foundation member of the Dockers’ fitness and conditioning staff and was the physiotherapist who was critical to luring champion defender Luke McPharlin back to the club from Hawthorn.
McPharlin had fallen victim to osteitis pubis, then regarded as the footballer’s curse as clubs struggled to come up with effective management strategies for sufferers.
McPharlin, from East Fremantle originally, had been a top-10 draft pick for the Hawks at the 1999 national draft and was highly thought of by the Hawks but had played just 12 games in his first two seasons as he battled the debilitating injury.
There were concerns for his future but Boyle had a good reputation for managing the injury and McPharlin became part of the trade that saw Trent Croad come to the club in exchange for the No.1 draft pick in 2001 which netted the Hawks Luke Hodge.
McPharlin proved the saving grace of that trade for the Dockers. He played 244 of his 256 for the Dockers and was a key to finals pushes in 2003, 2006, 2010 and 2012-15.

Unfortunate that someone who is clearly Freo through and through has to go but I’m glad he’s decided to fall on the sword and leave willingly. He sees the writing on the wall. I’m almost more excited to see who we get in the medico and S&C team than we do in the draft. Lol.

Looks like fyfe is going to just slip below his average of a vote a game in the brownlow

Playing forward too much will have an effect on his brownlow chances, hopefully should bring us some team success though

The average generally refers to eligible games (not finals). So he still has 184 votes from 176 eligible games for an average of 1.045 votes per game.

Apparently we have poached some guy from the Toast who specialises in stoppage/clearance work and films it for further analysis...does this make any sense?

A guy I work with was going on about it this morning. I'm a bit sceptical but he's normally on the money with most things so thought I should check with you fine folk.
