Might be able to scrap up some loose change to have a bet on these massive 1.7 chances.
Yeah thats right, u have to scrap and look for loose change cos u do ure ass every weekend by not backing morals like me. If you did back horses that couldnt lose then u would already have a fortune and money would be all around you and in places you didnt even no money was. But instead u back sh.it horses and bag people for SMASHING MORALS that always win and u have to look around and try and find some coins to back horses.

U are pov and if u want money then back MORALS.

dj_ryan,

I have a friend who runs a bookie shop, should you be truly turning over the amounts you turn over he would gladly talk to you and offer you better than your "top fluc" selsctions. For someone punitng in the numbers you punt I would have assumed you would have already been approched by the bigger bookies to tuen over with them.

Feel free to PM me and i WIll put you in touch with this gentleman, at worst you cant break a deal with im and you get a free lunch, at best you could be getting top fluc plus a commission.

Pesonally I think your full of ****, lets see if you are.

Ok mate lets see if you are the real deal or are just tipping shorties till your luck runs out.How about a little bit of a reason why your tipping the horses you are.How about you write about how you think the race will be run. What are your key factors when you asses a race to bet on. I hope you just don't pick a race because there is a shortie in it.

These aren't betting tips. It's just some w&&kner boasting about how rich he is. If I could afford it I might whack $4,500 on a short-priced favourite too. I probably wouldn't because I've been burnt before. There'a huge element of luck in horse racing, although skill & judgement play a big part too. No horse is ever a moral. If it was this easy we'd all be backing $1.70 favs and watching the money pile grow.

Come and see us in the interstate ring on Saturday.

Its funny because I've been working at the races for nearly five years now and haven't heard of any youngsters betting in the sort of numbers you talk about.

Basically know every pro and big punter by sight or personally now and you don't fit any of their profiles.

For a professional punter you are not very gracious DJ. True pros share empathy and an association with their fellow punters, and don't rub their wins in everyone's faces, claiming to be the greatest punter of all time. Plus, for all the big-timing you do on here, the amounts you bet are small fry compared to what some bookies would be accepting from professionals each weekend. Smash all the morals you like, you'll come unstuck in the end, because a horse just can't win everytime it goes around.

I was at MV about 4 years ago when a horse called Piavonic ran down Sunline in the wet, when Sunline was a"moral" - the collective groan from the stands when she got headed was something to behold as super punters like yourself all realised the $1.60 win dividend Sunline was paying wasnt worth the big outlays. Hope Mr Beasley sticks with you mate, cos the day will come when he'll take you to the cleaners. We'll all know the day, because it'll be the one when you don't come on here boasting!

You idiot DJ, I didn't back Sunline or Piavonic, I was just making a point about betting on odds-on pops all the time. Piavonic paid about 30-1 that day so I doubt you would of been on it, since you rarely bet on anything thats out of the red. Calling everyone c*nts is poor form too, who moderates this board, surely there is a case to giving this guy the flick, all he does is fire off abuse all day long.

Who uses words like "aiight" anyway - didnt realise we were in downtown Compton. Yeah, word up niggz, shizzle my nizzle.

DJ = knob. :D

Miss Finland is obviously short odds for a reason..but there's never a "certianty" in racing.

Im heading down to Flem tomorrow, and if I see any bookie doing her at about $1.90 $2.....I might have flutter....but anything below that just isn't worth the effort.

Was going to take the Double with Exalted Ego and Spielmeister into Miss Finland tomorrow, and then clicked on this thread. Now I'm not going to have a punt and watch this lying ****** do his $10,000 monopoly money against his playfriends.

May have a lazy $10 e/w on Sefrah and hope the Miss goes down in a photo...

...or even better, loses by an upheld protest. (Fingers crossed Des is in a charitable mood).

And to quote myself, am going to change my e/w bet to Juste Momente. Got home hard last start, and I reckon bumping her to 1600 will be up her alley.

As long as this dick does his cash, I'm happy.

I'm in the members champ. Actually in the Young Members function on level 4, will be right next to Cathryn Read's set-up. Can I come down and watch you have the 10 large with Simon Beasley? Seeing as I'm not drinking, am happy to take a walk with you to whack it on with Eskander if he's going to offer better odds. Surely you wouldn't be having a crack first thing when you get there? How about I wait around near Beasley at say 2.20? Gives you plenty of time to take advantage of whatever odds are on offer. Wouldn't mind watching someone have a bet of that amount.
