Pretty much sums up the procedure taken via kimono to find the current accused. Been happening all around Australia. People found by family on criminal database.
Police have re run DNA technique in a full audit of evidence rooms. As time passes, the criminal database will build leading to other charges, lead by previous criminal convictions. Family members with past criminal history, leading to conviction of their future family members via familial detection.

Exponential conviction. The more they convict, the more they convict.

Probably coincidence - Missing:Sarah Spiers in 1996

Brad Spiers (Sarahs uncle) said he purchased the land, which was then zoned as rural, in North Yunderup for $270,000 with his brother Bob in 1996 because he wanted to use the property as part of his earth-moving business.

He was outraged when told by the shire that the then-Labor government had rezoned a huge chunk of his land as public open space in between his purchase and application. In 2005, a development-prohibiting reservation was placed over all of his property.

Mr Spiers was told recently by WA Planning Commission (WAPC) valuers if there was no reservation over the land it would be worth more than $1 million. But with the reservation hanging over his property it is virtually worthless because he is prohibited from developing the land.

We will see in trial I guess. But maybe you are right.

A lot of police work is psychological ie good cop bad cop. The talk on the way to the station when you dont feel as if you are in an interview situation. I don't think the Claremont perp wanted to be caught. I do believe the Claremont perp was doing something to taunt police.

We'll have to wait and see what info comes out of the trial. I'm not dismissing what either of you are saying.

We are talking about a perp that abducted victims out of the same location on multiple occasions. Not scared easily by the sounds of it. That's pretty daring, almost like someone knew what was going on.

I put this down to some form of information at the crime scene that indicates that it is the same perp. Whether that is physical forensic evidence, or other Im not sure. He may have been taunting police. We shall find out soon.

I notice a couple of people have gone missing. WA police are currently tracking down a few people. Might be a couple of forum users go missing.

The perp may have been receiving information inadvertently from the police force or listening into phone lines. We know phone tapping is a very possibility with access to the Telecom infrastructure and the skillsets.
