Probably that they both moved it together I'd imagine.Does 2 counts each of interfering with a corpse mean they moved it twice?

Another 198 pages of posts needed before that can happenThis case was never going to end well but at least it looks like her two housemates will likely be found guilty and get life sentences

With a bit of luck they'll start blaming each other which almost guarantees a lay down misere to getting an easy convictionYeah but it doesn't take a genius to see how this will play out though, either one of them or both are responsible for her murder.
Most likely the male housemate will be found to be mostly responsible while the female housemate likely gets a lesser sentence.
I hope they find her quickly and this case doesn’t drag out like Samantha MurphyI would say they’ve been able to identify a dead body has been in the scrub and their vehicle and or home for the IWC charge.
Hope they find her remains so people who knew her can grieve properly.

Police stated that there were signs of evidence been removed from the bush area, before they arrived for the search, so guessing the body was moved from there. I have a feeling they will find her. Poor kid, just a horrific situation. It's interesting the 2 'interfering with corpse' charges (per person).
A lot of murderers will move the body initially, just to hide it or stage the scene to suit. Even a move from the loungeroom to the bedroom is technically interfering with a corpse. Yet you don't see it as an added charge in most murder cases. Even a Boris Ristrevski type move into the bush is not generally an added charge.
One of the charges will almost certainly relate to moving the body from Good Night Scrub National Park to where it is currently located. The police spent a lot of time there and appeared to find items of interest. Reasonable to assume the cadaver dogs reacted as well. This is very likely the second move.
So what would the first IWC charge relate to? They don't count every actual move, otherwise you would potentially have at a minimum, house to car (given house is considered a crime scene), car to GNSNP, then a third move away from there.
I reckon "the 5 minute walk away from the car to give Pheobe time to calm down" was the first disposal of the body near the Airport. I think the car was seen on CCTV as being back there later on the first night, so they likely moved her from that original spot to GNSNP. They would have evidence that both (JW and TB) were present for the moves, thus removing the ability of one to claim they were not involved in the murder.
From the ABC News website:
"We [QPS} will allege that three people arrived near to the airport, and that three people never left that vehicle," Detective Inspector Mansfield said.

Very interesting wording.
I interpret that to mean that she got out of the car but once she was dead. Three living went into the car.Is what QPS are saying, is that the two housemates lied that she got out of the car when they stopped near the airport?
I'd say she was already deceased. Is what QPS are saying, is that the two housemates lied that she got out of the car when they stopped near the airport?
If she was being a pain in the bum why not just drop her off and let her go? Why murder her? Being ice addicted though they were probably impulsive and lost their temper?I interpret that to mean that she got out of the car but once she was dead. Three living went into the car.
Yes. Appears the phone call to BF did happen (I was thinking that they never went to airport). So she was alive at 830am.Very interesting wording.
