Good user of the footy and good bloke from all reports. Personally wouldn't give a toss if we delisted him as he's conditional in his effort but my guess is he gets traded for something late or is included in a pick swap of some sort.

I'd keep him at Carlton on a reduced contract and one year contract. Incentives to stay on the park. He is an elite ball user and can play both back and forward. We need to keep good ball users, but he is no use if he is not on park

Anyone thinks Gov plays KP defence, hasn’t been watching.
At this stage Lewis Young but we have often gone smaller depending on opposition.

Not a single coach in the competition would put Charlie down back.
At least not one who has any sort of designs on a long coaching career.
I mean this is a lie in the last 10 years I’ve seen Libba at half back Lobb on a wing Dunkley as a ruck Easton Wood as a Full forward

He's a bludger in the forward 50.
He can run, kick and jump ideal for down back.
And most importantly he needs to start earning his living. Unless he's pulled into line then Carlton is better off with a good trade deal.

He’s arguably the second best forward in the game.
You may be frustrated by him at times, but there’s a huge leap from that to him being played as a defender.
Nobody would do it. And if they did they’d lose their job.

I’d take him on minimum base plus $20k/game. Gets his crap together could earn $500k+. Handy backup tall or intercept defender or marking forward. But would be backup, so wouldn’t get interested. Unless there’s no other offers.
If a club can motivate him to put in the effort to do the 1% stuff like chase and tackle He'd be worth the punt. Would need to go to a team that he'll have to compete for his spot. Pies would be ideal for him. Good to compete with Howe for the year and replace him.
