There hasn't really been a time when a player picked outside the first 2 rounds, excluding f/s, has generated this much excitement not just by the fans but by media aswell. It's a time when you just have to have a grin on your face.

I was saying to my father, you can really tell the difference between someone who isn't confident (i.e. Anderson) and someone who is - Robinson.
Anderson stalled and looked unlikely when he had the ball last night. Robinson really looked fantastic and took the opponent on at every opportunity. Some of the younger boys who aren't confident in disposing of the pill can take a leaf out of his book.

Why didnt Mitch pla in the 3rd and 4th games of the NAB cup? I thought he was being rested with the stars in the #rd round but then i found out he didnt play in the $th aswell. Is he injured or just not given the oportunity? Do you think he will be in your team come round one?

Dont know of any injurys, i think he was just rested, with a long season ahead. Personally i think he will play round 1 and will be one of our best players, the guy loves the tuff stuff and is as hard as nails.

Twitch isn't injured so I'm not sure what the deal is with him not playing in either of our last 2 practise matches.
I can only assume that they want to protect his body as much as possible before the season starts. I would be genuinely surprised if he didn't play in round 1 so maybe they have just tied him to a leash somewhere at Visy Park and are preparing to take it off from around his neck in time for him to plough through the banner in round 1.

Gee this kid has Impressed me tonight
He has Heart and has a go at anything!! He is a real Gem and a great asset for the team. I think he will play a heap of games this year.

his intent, third and fourth efforts, chases, he never gives up. i like the way he is so confident kicking for goal in front of a huge crowd. this kid will stand up in september when it counts. serious man crush already !
