I'd like one of Beboer or Cockie not both......... We really really need a small forward so I'd love Gilligan or Richardson

I agree. The Eagles aren't short of midfielders, wheras our two main small forward options at the moment (Le Cras and Wirrapanda) both suffered injury at different times last year. Plus Wirra is still getting used to the forward line, having spent most of his fine career in defence. Any small forward who can crumb the ball and kick goals will be okay with me !

Won't sydney take Thornton as a local rookie because he plays in sydneys reserves side even though he was drafted from WA? Think they've done it before with someone that they drafted from adelaide.
